My goal with working with every person I take on, is that they will learn the process to calculating their macros, and become educated on the science behind fat loss and muscle building, as well as body re-composition. The goal is NEVER to see how little we can eat, while doing the most activity. Sometimes people glamourize the "hustle" and the "grind" in fitness, but not only is that not sustainable for long, but it creates a toxic mindset that if you're not constantly going hard, you're not doing anything at all. I'm here to help you weed out the bullshit from the truth, and guide you on the best next step in this process, so you can finally see the changes you've been desperate to see for so long, while eating more than you ever thought possible.
